Farm Work Exchange Tours in India

Starting in 2012, Act Naturally in association with the founder of Destination Ladakh, www.cosurivor.in, will host farm work exchange tours in India. These tours are an excellent opportunity to connect those with an interest in farming, social activism and exotic landscapes to

the villages who need their help. Our tours will be timed for plowing, planting, and harvesting, provide an international crew of helping hands to assist strugging agrarian communities, while immersing our participants in native foods, cultural dances and customs, and authentic homestays. On our days off we will explore sacred temple sites, sit with guest lecturers, have guided herb walks, and learn local handicrafts.
